What size heater does your sauna room need?
Enter the inside dimensions of your sauna room. As a general guide, a heater needs about 1 kW per 45–50 cubic feet. Glass walls and uninsulated rooms need more. Always confirm with the heater manufacturer’s sizing chart.

Where do you ship?
We ship free to the United States, Canada and Europe. Import duties, VAT and customs fees outside the US, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days after payment, then delivered in 7–12 business days.
Do I need an electrician?
Most traditional sauna heaters run on a dedicated 240V circuit and must be installed by a licensed electrician. Many infrared saunas plug into a standard 120V outlet; check each product’s specifications.
Are the products new and under warranty?
Yes. Every product is new and covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage terms are listed on each product page and on our warranty page.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, and approved refunds are issued within 30 days. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable.
