Where do you ship?
To the United States, Canada and Europe. Import duties, VAT and customs fees outside the US, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–5 business days after we receive payment, then delivery takes 7–12 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free to all countries we deliver to.
How do I pay?
By invoice and bank transfer: ACH or domestic wire (US), international wire in USD, or international wire in another currency. Your invoice and bank details appear after checkout and are emailed to you. You have 3 days to pay; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes for most traditional heaters (dedicated 240V circuit). Many infrared saunas plug into a standard 120V outlet — check the specifications.
Are products new and under warranty?
Yes. All products are new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
What is your return policy?
