Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and Europe (all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein). If your country is not available at checkout, contact us.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to every country we deliver to. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive your payment. Processing begins once your bank transfer has been received and confirmed. Made-to-order or custom-configured products may have a longer lead time, which is shown on the product page.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery takes 7–12 business days. Large items (saunas, heaters, cold plunges) are delivered by freight carrier; the carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect the shipment and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Payment and order hold

We accept payment by invoice and bank transfer. After checkout you receive an invoice and our bank details by email. Your order is held for 3 days; if payment is not received within 3 days, the order is cancelled automatically and you are notified by email.

Duties, VAT and customs

Prices do not include import duties, VAT or customs fees that may apply to deliveries outside the United States. These charges, if any, are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping protection (optional)

At checkout you can add shipping protection for $99 per order. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund it at no extra cost, and handle your claim with priority. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost shipment) at support@saunahubs.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Shipping protection is optional, is not required to place an order, and is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse.
