Every product sold by SaunaHubs is new and covered by its manufacturer's warranty. Exact terms vary by manufacturer and model and are listed on each product page.
Typical coverage
- Sauna cabins and wood structures: often 5 years or more.
- Infrared emitters: from 5 years to lifetime, depending on the model.
- Sauna heaters: typically 1–5 years on components; elements and stones are consumables.
- Cold plunge tubs and chillers: typically 1–2 years on chillers and 2–5 years on tubs.
- Controls, lighting and audio: typically 1–2 years.
Making a claim
Email support@saunahubs.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video. We confirm coverage with the manufacturer and coordinate parts, technical support or replacement. Some manufacturers require product registration within 30 days of delivery.
What is not covered
Damage from improper installation (including electrical work not performed by a licensed electrician), misuse, lack of maintenance, commercial use of residential models, or normal wear of consumables.
