These terms govern your use of saunahubs.com, operated by EJM Entreprise LLC, a limited liability company doing business as SaunaHubs.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer; an order is held for 3 days and is cancelled automatically if payment is not received in that time. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing or availability error; if you have been charged, we will refund you in full. Product images are illustrative; specifications on the product page take precedence.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.

Installation and safety

You are responsible for following the manufacturer's installation instructions, local building codes and electrical codes. Electric heaters must be connected by a licensed electrician. Consult a physician before using a sauna or cold plunge if you have any medical condition.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
